SHIPPING POLICY — DOMESTIC



We ship orders via AP Cargo nationwide / outside Metro Manila, and we an in-house personal messenger for areas such as Makati, Parañaque, Mandaluyong, Pasig, and Quezon City.  It is up to the discretion of the delivery person whether to leave the package if the customer isn’t home to accept it. Since we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once there has been proof of delivery, if this is a concern, please email hello@nami.ph for an alternate address if you work during the day or you do not anticipate being home to receive your order.


Metro Manila

01    Standard (2-3 days, M-F) - 110 php

Nami offers worldwide shipping via DHL.


01   Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. It is the responsibility of the customer to settle any duties and import taxes from the customs agency of the destination country at the time of delivery. Assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country.


02   Timeline


Items will take 7-12 days from the date of shipment. Most Namì items are custom made and require a 2-3 week wait. Please email customer service for exact timelines. Orders shipped internationally are considered final.
